Masryef is a registered Shariah adviser (Corporation) with the Securities Commission Malaysia It specializes in the Islamic fintech and digital space. Its team consists of principals and senior consultants who have extensive working experience working in global financial hubs such as Kuala Lumpur, Riyadh, Dubai and Singapore.

Primary roles of Masryef as the Shariah Adviser are as follows:

• Perform an oversight role on Shariah matters relating to all aspects of fund-raising campaign, issuance and redemption of shares issued on AMB Connect platform;
• Endorse and validate relevant documentations used in its business offerings and transactions, including contracts, agreements, marketing materials and other related documents as and when needed; and
• Perform regular review on the Shariah-compliant issuances.
