What happens if a ECF campaign is successful?

A ECF campaign is successful if the targeted amount is met within the campaign period and subsequently maintained after the cooling-period of six (6) business days. Subject to the execution of the definitive transaction agreements and fulfilment of conditions precedent, AMB Connect will then instruct the trustee to release the funds to the issuer, net of the success fee and any other applicable charges. Subsequently, the issuer will issue and allot shares to the investors, nominee, or share trustee, as the case may be.
