Can an issuer raise funds on multiple platforms simultaneously?

No. According to the Guidelines, an issuer is not allowed be hosted simultaneously on multiple ECF platforms or on any stock market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

It is important to take note that raising funds on multiple platforms simultaneously can dilute an ECF campaign's momentum, as investors may be divided among various platforms, potentially weakening the overall impact and success of the ECF campaign.
