At AMB Connect, we mitigate risks through a screening process and rigorous due diligence on issuers before allowing any campaign to launch on our platform. Furthermore, investors' funds are securely handled and directed to a Shariah-compliant trust account managed by a trustee, ensuring that the funds are protected and segregated from the issuer's accounts. The funds remain in the trust account until all conditions are met and the campaign is deemed successful, at which point they will be disbursed to the issuer.
