Can a non-Malaysian invest in any ECF campaigns?

Yes, a non-Malaysian can invest in ECF campaigns, provided they comply with all applicable laws in their own country or from which they access the platform.

For the avoidance of doubt, non-Malaysian investors shall complete the same registration and verification process as Malaysian investors to participate in the ECF campaigns on the AMB Connect platform. In addition, the investment limits are the same for both Malaysian and non-Malaysian investors.
