Yes. AMB Connect is registered as a Recognized Market Operator (Equity Crowdfunding - Islamic) under Section 34 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 (CMSA). We are committed to hosting only Shariah-compliant campaigns on our platform. These campaigns are free from any forms of Riba (usury), Maisir (gambling), and Gharar (ambiguity), ensuring that all business activities and contractual relationships adhere to Islamic principles.
